Do you sell mulch?
Tell you what… we’ll go one better and give it to you for free! Once you’re under the TLC Trees canopy, you’re entitled to an ongoing supply of free mulch.
Do I need to be home while you carry out your work?
Time doesn’t grow on trees and we know that yours is important, so we won’t make you wait around while we work. As long as you’re comfortable for us to be onsite when you’re not home, our friendly and reliable team is flexible and can work with you to access your property, so you can spend your time getting things done.
What brand of chainsaws do you use?

How do I get council approval to remove a tree?
If local law prohibits the removal or lopping of a tree, you’ll generally need to get in touch with a level 5 arborist who can provide both yourself and your local council with an arborist report. At TLC Trees, our fully-qualified team can certainly help you with this process.
Can I cut down a tree on my property?
Local and state laws can be confusing so it’s worth chatting to the experts – which is where we come in. Our lads can help you understand permit requirements in your local area so you know what you can and can’t do.
