Before & After

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge
How We Solved It
The tree was extremely close to the dwelling, powerlines, footpaths, and roadways, and its multi-stem, heavily branched form made control difficult.
- We combined rope access dismantling with 100-tonne crane lifts, removing large sections safely above sensitive assets, even though it required road closure and tighter permits.
Multiple stakeholders and strict permit conditions following a 4-year insurance delay.
- We led end-to-end planning and maintained clear communication across all parties, securing approvals quickly and coordinating day-of work to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Results & Outcomes
Site left spotless
Hazard removed safely within traffic and power shutdown permit conditions
Turnaround time
- Completed in one day
Outcome
Site left spotless and clear, ready for long-delayed building repair. Outstanding feedback from the tree owner and neighbouring residents
